Bulgaria`s biggest listed holding company Chimimport – Sofia restructured its stakes in commodities companies Oil and Gas Exploration and Production AD-Sofia (4OI) and Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria AD-Sofia (T43).
During friday BSE session Chimimport sold its 50% and 58% stakes in both companies to its specialized subholding Chimimport Group. Chimimport Group will unify companies in the commercial and industrial sectors. Read the rest of this entry »
